Certificate mailing

Lots of organisations send out tax certificates in the spring to donors who are entitled to them. Stichting Porta wasn’t yet able to issue this document in March 2019 – although it has now – but still wanted to send donors something to show its gratitude. So instead of the tax relief form, it sent out a special certificate: the ‘Act of Warm Affection’ with the donor’s name.

Both the response rate and the average donation from this mailing were higher than normal for Stichting Porta – a success which proves that donors appreciate being made to feel special, unique and valued.
