The biggest kudos here go to the copywriter who managed to grab attention and touch hearts with a minimum of information and without tools such as uncommon covers or gadgets.

This mailing became a success across the board: both active and inactive donors of the association plus prospects, responded en masse to the request to help cope with the floods in Mozambique.
